And now, as she prepares to retire, Marian leaves behind not just a legacy, but a foundation built for the future—a future that will now be shaped by KenCrest’s newly appointed CEO, Aurora Kripa.
Marian’s journey with KenCrest has been defined by advocacy, innovation, and an unrelenting dedication to inclusion. As KenCrest turns the page to a new chapter, Aurora Kripa stands ready to lead. Having served as KenCrest’s Chief Human Resources Officer in 2019 and later as the Chief Operating Officer, Aurora brings not only a wealth of experience but also a deep understanding of the organization’s mission. Much like Marian’s, her journey has been fueled by a passion for human services and a commitment to ensuring that every person KenCrest supports can live a life of dignity and fulfillment. Aurora has been instrumental in shaping KenCrest’s strategic initiatives, ensuring sustainability, and fostering an inclusive culture.
