Report A Concern
At KenCrest, we intend to conduct business according to the highest ethical standards. We embrace a "Speak Up!" culture and strive to maintain our reputation as a responsible, caring, committed non-profit human service agency.
We value your input and would like to hear your concerns. If you are an employee of KenCrest, we would like to encourage you to report misconduct claims to your supervisor or director when possible. You may also report concerns to our Director of Compliance or a Human Resources representative by the agency and divisional personnel policies and procedures. This process is intended to supplement normal managerial and Human Resources communication channels.
If you are not an employee, we would like to encourage you to call our main headquarters at 610-825-9360 and ask to speak with our Director of Compliance.
However, we know there may be times when you'll need to report specific concerns anonymously. So, we have selected Syntrio Lighthouse, a compliance hotline system, to give us an anonymous and confidential method to hear your concerns and reports of misconduct.
The information you provide to a Lighthouse representative by phone or via their website will be sent to a designated representative within KenCrest. We promise your comments will be heard and looked at to the best of our ability. We appreciate your support in keeping KenCrest an ethical company from top to bottom.
To Submit a Report through Lighthouse
Call 888-242-4928 (toll-free in the US and Canada) or Submit a Report online.
After you complete your report, you will be assigned a case number and asked to create a PIN. Please write down your case number and PIN and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your case number and PIN to check your report for feedback or questions.
Lighthouse is NOT a 9-1-1 or Emergency Service.
