KenCrest honored Ana Rosa Garcia as a Community Champion during its 9th annual event on October 2nd at the RiverCrest Golf Club.

KenCrest is proud to celebrate and honor Ana Rosa Garcia, a devoted parent and active community member, who received a Community Champion Award during KenCrest’s 9th annual event on October 2. Ana’s unwavering commitment to the Lehigh Early Learning Center in Philadelphia and her consistent support for our programs and initiatives have made her an invaluable member of the KenCrest community.

For the past two years, Ana has been a shining example of dedication, regularly going above and beyond to assist with any project or event that comes her way. Whether it’s organizing special events, supporting teachers, or volunteering for tasks like maintaining the schoolyard, Ana has made a remarkable impact, leaving a lasting impression on both staff and families alike.

One memorable example of Ana’s involvement was during our Cultural Day, where families were invited to share presentations that celebrated their heritage. Ana put together a stunning and informative presentation that highlighted the rich cultural traditions of the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Her display was not only educational but also beautifully crafted, featuring a large billboard showcasing the heritage of these countries. Her daughter proudly participated, dressed in traditional attire from the Dominican Republic, adding a personal touch to the event. The display was so well-received that it now stands as a permanent fixture outside her daughter’s classroom, a visual reminder of Ana’s thoughtfulness and the pride she takes in her culture.

Ana’s generosity is also evident during special occasions like Teacher Appreciation Week. Each year, she goes out of her way to show gratitude, not just for her child’s teachers, but for the entire staff at the Lehigh Early Learning Center. Her thoughtful gifts and warm gestures convey her deep appreciation for the hard work that educators and staff put in each day. Ana’s contributions make everyone feel valued and recognized, which has fostered a sense of unity and care within our school community.

What sets Ana apart is not only her dedication but also her warm and positive attitude. She is known for her infectious smile and pleasant demeanor, which brighten the atmosphere wherever she goes. Her reliability and follow-through have made her a trusted and respected figure within the KenCrest community. When Ana commits to a task, we know it will be done with care and excellence.

KenCrest’s mission is centered around building strong, inclusive communities where everyone feels supported and valued.
