Every voice counts during election season; this year, make your voice heard. Prepare for this year’s election by knowing where to vote in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut.

What Can I Expect at the Polling Place?

Check your polling location hours to vote in this year’s elections. Typically, polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, and upon arrival, check in with the poll workers for check-in. If you can vote on a regular ballot, you will either hand-mark a paper ballot or vote using a ballot marking device.

Pennsylvania updated its voting system after 2018, so voting systems may differ from one county to another. Check-in with your county to learn more about their voting system.

Your polling site may provide you with a provisional ballot if you are not eligible to vote on a regular ballot. Often, county elections officials need more time to determine someone's voter eligibility, and they may ask that voter to vote a provisional ballot to record their vote while still determining if it can be counted.
