Intellectual and Developmental Disability Resources and Services in PA, DE & CT

KenCrest offers various services for people with an intellectual disability in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut, including residential housing, community engagement, employment, and intellectual disability resources.

We also offer Early Intervention services for children with a developmental disability to families in the greater Pennsylvania area and have seven inclusive Early Learning Centers throughout Philadelphia. Through these programs, we can achieve our mission of supporting community development by exploring possibilities, mobilizing resources, and empowering dreams.

Residential Services

Our adult residential services offer various programs for those with an intellectual or developmental disability to live in their chosen community, including Community Living, Supported Independent Living, Lifesharing, and Children's Transitional Homes.

Community Support Programs

Our Community Support Programs are designed to encourage those we support with an intellectual or developmental disability to engage with their community through Community-Based Sertives and Meaningful Day and access clinical services.

Enabling Technology

KenCrest's Enabling Technologies helps those we support with an intellectual or developmental disability access tools and devices that allow people to gain independence in their everyday lives. We also work with seniors aged 60-plus who need assistive technology.

Children's Services

Our services for children offer a team approach to setting goals and empowering dreams. We collaborate with parents and caregivers to identify developmental concerns and offer Early Intervention support.

We have seven inclusive Early Learning Centers throughout Philadelphia. These centers provide a nurturing environment that supports children's healthy growth while celebrating their family, culture, and community.
