Learn About Aetna’s Get Active Program

Dear KenCrest Employees:

We are getting ready to launch a new online social network and health challenge program for you!  The Get Active program, powered by Virgin Pulse, uses online social tools to encourage healthy behaviors. They run team-based challenges that focus on fitness, mental wellness and healthy nutritional habits. The next challenge, “Mindfulness” begins on November 9, 2020  and ends on December 20, 2020.

Mindfulness is about slowing down, stopping, and being still.  Learn about Mindfulness and how to practice it every day. Set your personal goal and restore composure to your life!  With this challenge, you will set your own personal goal for how many mindful minutes you want to achieve each week. Then log your minutes using the Virgin Pulse portal or app. To incentivize you to participate, KenCrest will be offering rewards! If you register and complete the 6 weeks – you will receive a $50 gift card.  At the conclusion of the challenge – the top 3 employees who logged the most minutes will get grand prizes as well –   $100 for first place, $75 for second place and $50 for third place!

Registration has started!  Participate in these team challenges and have the ability to interact with colleagues, share ideas, show encouragement, or ask for support.

To join the Aetna Get Active program:

Go to join.virginpulse.com/aetnagetactive

 

 

Once you are at the above section…

  1. Enter in our company name (first 2-3 letters only) and hit enter
  2. Once the company name shows up in the search results, click the link
  3. Fill in the online form and click Submit
  4.  Check your Inbox for the confirmation email
  5. Click Confirm Now and you are ready to log in!

Once you’ve set up your account on the platform, you can access and log in by going to members.virginpulse.com and clicking LOGIN.
